Structure of RV Wall Panel
①⑥Skin selection: Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) & Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic (CFRT).
Our RV composite panels use an outer layer of FRP and an inner layer of CFRT. This ensures both the excellent appearance of RVs and the impact resistance of the entire RV body. In addition, it can also reduce your cost expenditure.

Side panels, Roof panels, Front and Rear Panels
The side, roof, front and rear panels of the RV are all made of FRP foam core composite panels. They are lightweight, high-strength and have good impact resistance. If you need further thermal insulation, we recommend that you use FRP XPS/PU foam composite panels. We use advanced one-piece panel processing technology, so customers can assemble these panels very quickly after receiving them.
Floor
For the floor of RVs, in addition to the conventional design, we also cover the surface with PVC leather. This can not only increase the moisture-proof and anti-collision effect of the floor, but also make it more aesthetic.
Custom Processing
Panel Processing: Our factory offers advanced five-axis CNC machining services for cutting, drilling, and chipping RV composite panels. We will also pre-open the doors and windows on the side panels of your RV, as well as the skylight on the roof panel.
Pre-embedded Structure: In order to better connect the lines, we can customize the pre-embedded pipes for you. To make it easier to drive screws, we can customize the wood parts to be pre-embedded. In addition, there are also pre-buried water pipes, etc.
