ACP Facing Honeycomb Panels

ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) honeycomb panel is a composite material consisting of two layers of aluminum panels sandwiched with a honeycomb core material. This structure gives ACP honeycomb panels light weight, high strength, heat insulation, sound insulation and other excellent properties, so it has been widely used in construction, trucks, furniture manufacturing, and ships.

• Aluminum Outer Layers: The outer layers of ACP Honeycomb Panels are composed of pre-colored coated or uncoated thin aluminum sheets. The outer aluminum plate provides surface protection for the plate and also gives the overall structure a certain strength.
• Honeycomb Core Material: PP is a lightweight material made of polypropylene. This honeycomb structure design allows the panel to reduce overall weight while maintaining strength.
• Adhesive: The outer aluminum plate and the honeycomb core material are bonded through a special adhesive. Ensure that the outer aluminum plate and core material are tightly integrated to form a solid whole.
