PVC Sheet: PVC sheet has good waterproof, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties.
Foam Core: Different foam systems such as XPS, PET, PU, and PVC can be selected according to application requirements. For example, XPS/PU foam has better thermal insulation and waterproof properties; PET/PVC foam provides more stable structural strength.
Adhesive: Lightweight, environmentally friendly glue creates a seamless bond between foam and skin.
