PVC facing foam sandwich panel is a construction and decoration material, usually used in walls, ceilings, furniture manufacturing and other fields
Its structure consists of a PVC surface layer and a foam material sandwiched between the two surfaces. This structure gives the material a certain degree of strength, lightweight, and waterproof properties.
Schematic Diagram of PVC Facing Foam Sandwich Panel Structure
- PVC Sheet: PVC sheet has good waterproof, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties.
- Foam Core: Different foam systems such as XPS, PET, PU, and PVC can be selected according to application requirements. For example, XPS/PU foam has better thermal insulation and waterproof properties; PET/PVC foam provides more stable structural strength.
- Adhesive: Lightweight, environmentally friendly glue creates a seamless bond between foam and skin.
