The outer layer material is a multi-layer CFRT (continuous fiberglass thermoplastic) sheet. The more CFRT layers, the higher the strength, but the weight of the panel increases very little.
The inner layer is a high-density PET foam with ultra-high compressive strength. The strength of this composite panel is much higher than plywood and some metal composite panels.
