ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) honeycomb panel is a composite material consisting of two layers of aluminum panels sandwiched with a honeycomb core material.

Structure
- Aluminum Outer Layers
The outer layers of ACP Honeycomb Panels consist of pre-colored coated or uncoated thin aluminum sheets. The outer aluminum plate provides surface protection for the plate and also gives the overall structure a certain strength.
- Honeycomb Core Material
PP is a lightweight material made from polypropylene. This honeycomb structure design allows the panel to reduce overall weight while maintaining strength.
- Adhesive
The outer aluminum plate and the honeycomb core material bond through a special adhesive, ensuring a tight integration that forms a solid whole.
