What are New FRP Sheets?
Multilayer Continuous Fiberglass Reinforced Thermoplastic Sheets are a new type of FRP composite material. They consist of continuous fibers as the reinforcing material and thermoplastic resin as the matrix, formed through a thermal lamination process.
Structure of New FRP Sheets?
The number of layers of the New FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymers) Sheet is flexible and adjustable. It can be set to 2 to 9 layers according to specific needs, and up to 40 layers. The increase in the number of layers directly improves the strength performance of the sheet. The conventional design of the ply angle is 0°/90° alternating laying, or 45°/-45° (i.e. 45° and minus 45°) symmetrical laying to further optimize the structural strength and stability of the sheet.
Decorative Film
You can choose from a variety of protective films such as PP, PVC, PET, and others.
Thermoplastic UD Tape
Layers of UD Tape: 2-9 layers, customizable number of layers.
Fibers: Continuous fiberglass.
Resin Types: Polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), nylon (PA), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), etc.
Additives: Antioxidant, UV stabilizer, Flame retardant agent, Custom color.
Non-woven Back
The non-woven fabric can promote the tighter adhesion of the CFRT sheet to other material systems.

Laying Angles of UD Tape
- 0°: This layup consists of fibers aligned parallel to the loading direction. It has high stiffness and strength in the load direction.
- 0°/90°: This type of layup consists of two layers, one with fibers aligned in the 0° direction and the other with fibers aligned in the 90° direction. It offers good shear properties and commonly serves applications that require support for both in-plane and out-of-plane loads.
- +45°/−45°: This type of layup consists of two layers, one with fibers aligned at an angle of ±45°. It provides balanced in-plane properties.
- Different resin systems and fiberglass contents are used according to needs.
- Provides composite testing.
- Provide performance test reports.

Our Advantage
Advanced New FRP Sheets Production Equipment
We use self-developed new FRP sheet automated production equipment. Achieve high specifications, high efficiency, high precision, safety and environmental protection.
Premium Raw Materials
The plastic masterbatch and glass fiber yarn used in thermoplastic resin fully comply with the International Plastics Standardization Technical Committee and the pollutant emission standards of the glass fiber and products industry. It relies on electric heating to melt the resin and achieve fusion between UD tapes without producing any harmful gases.
High Specifications
Thermoplastic sheets can reach thicknesses up to 5mm and widths up to 2.8m. Each FRP sheet roll extends up to 250m, and up to 10 layers of UD tapes are thermally compounded. The thickness of thermoplastic honeycomb panels ranges from 6mm to 120mm.
High Efficiency
The production speed of thermoplastic composite panels ranges from 3 to 8 meters per minute, allowing for the daily production of 10,000 square meters of FRP sheets or thermoplastic composite panels. This capacity meets the annual demand for producing 80,000 box trucks.
Safe and Reliable
The heating and cooling of thermoplastic sheets are in a closed space, which keeps production in a stable temperature environment and also protects the safety of the operator
