Compared with FRP materials, FR4 epoxy resin as the pickleball racket skin will be more flame-resistant. It will not wear due to high temperature or long-term friction of the racket, and has better thermal and structural stability.

Epoxy resin is a fiberglass fabric with a gel coat added. The fiberglass arrangement is more regular inside and the sheet surface is smoother. It can be lighter and thinner while maintaining excellent toughness.

FR4 glass fiber has good corrosion resistance to many chemical solvents and highly corrosive substances. During the actual use of the pickleball racket, there is no need to worry about damage to the racket , and its service life will be longer.
