  • Surface layer: Gel coat FRP sheet
  • Core layer: PU(polyurethane) foam
  • Embedded Material: Square aluminum tube

FRP sheets have a low thermal conductivity, which can avoid the occurrence of thermal bridges. It is corrosion-resistant and will not rot due to moisture like wood.
PU foam is often used as an insulation layer due to its extremely low thermal conductivity. It is shock-resistant, high-strength and flame-retardant, making it an ideal filling material.
We also added a square aluminum tube inside the composite panel, which not only greatly enhances the compressive strength of the panel, but also facilitates the pre-embedding of wires and other materials.

Combining high-density polyurethane foam with a lightweight, high-strength FRP skin creates a solid sandwich panel. The embedded aluminum tube further enhances its practicality.
It can be well applied to freeze trucks and refrigerated trailers that need to be insulated, as well as RVs that need to travel in cold areas.
